American Disability ACT Violations enforcement a priority

Created by M.V. on August 14, 2013

My daughter (developmental disability) and I (physical disability) are victims of housing discrimination, civil rights and criminal violations. We are tenants for 13 years in an affordable, non-profit housing. On June 18, 2013, I received a notice of non-renewal of lease and must vacate on or before July 31, 2013. I am aware of our landlord's alleged good cause were inconclusive and I am in no position to move. I retained our local legal service and submitted 12 months rent checks payable to and were cashed by the landlord including proof of alleged unauthorized person(s) living without landlord's permission. I am also aware legal services help were limited. I called, HUD, Fair Housing, DOJ, etc. to no avail. My daughter and I are in dire need of help real quick!
