For over 230 years, this precious national treasure has served as the pride of America's skies and the living symbol of all that America stands for: Freedom, Courage, Strength, Spirit, Independence, and Excellence.
American Eagle Day has been proclaimed by Governors from 47 states since 1995 and has been recognized by Congress several times since 2008.
