We have the perfect compromise.
At tax time the companies with 51 or more employees that can prove that they employ at least 65% #Employee vs #Contractor would qualify for the "Bush Tax Break" and the companies that fall below 65% wouldn't qualify.
This would bring employment back to 1980 standards where the company had to compete for our labor.
