The American exotic cat protection act

Created by H.K. on July 10, 2016

The American exotic cat protection act is designed to create a registry, to be able to have a clear an up-to-date Count of exotic cats in the United States in captivity . We also want to be able to set a standard of care that should be adhered to have a clear picture on how these cats are being taken care of ,where they're being taken care of and the conditions that they live in .
There are roughly 20,000 exotic cats in captivity in the United States at this point in time .there is no accounting, there is no tracking and very little accountability to the conditions , And health of these animals .
