AMERICAN FILIBUSTER ACT OF 2012

In celebration of the convening of the 112th Congress of the United States of America, filibustering, the intentional obstruction of the legislative process, is prohibited. Henceforth, presentations to the Senate or House of Representatives are to be clear and succinct, with statements held to 5 minutes. A maximum of 50 minutes will be allowed per speaker and only if absolutely necessary.
