the American government has to help investigation of disappearance of the Imperial family of Romanovs in 1918

In July, 1918 in Yekaterinburg, Russia was gone Romanov's imperial family.
There were some investigations, but any couldn't tell precisely that occurred there because there was no public trial.
From 1991 to 2011 the Russian Investigative committee made investigation, but it closed investigation without the sufficient bases. The public trial again wasn't.
Also there is a basis to consider that the same person - investigator Solovyev deceived the Russian people and research government bodies of the USA when provided them false bones of an imperial family.
The government of the USA has to begin investigation and court against investigator Solovyev because in Russia it can't be made because the court in Russia is supervised by the political power and agents of FSB.
