Re submit the current "American Job Act" either as one complete package or piece by piece but allow for deficit spending to enact this. Jobs only with no funding provision.
Given the current deficit $427 billion is a mere drop in the bucket compared to the positive impact of not kick starting job creation and the economy. Additionally either the super committee will come up with at least a 1.5 trillion reduction agreement that is not damaging or Americans will face the default which is damaging. So this petition would increase the deficit by 28 percent of 1.5 trillion in cuts and revenues of the super committee. Still a deficit reduction !!
The top 1% for now will not be affected so how can the GOP filibuster this. Tackle the deficit separately.
