We wish for a law making one national carry permit that sets a standard nation wide with conditions for when a lawful carry permit holder can carry either open on concealed. Furthermore that anyone wishing to be granted a national carry permit must complete a reasonable background check, firearms safety, training and education course, as approved by the government. These few laws will make for more informed gun owners and help maintain the right to keep and bear arms.
