This idea sounds good on behalf of America, its deficit and international trade since the U.S. government per my understanding can't leverage money for interest. The idea is to start an account Called "American People National International Leverage" in/on behalf of the American people to accumulate interest to battle and pay off the deficit and then be used for international trade on/in behalf of Americans while still drawing interest from the Leverage account started by our government on/in behalf of all Americans.
