All future sales & purchases of ASAR not available to non-VODA or CODA.
Public can view PAP when deciding where to buy or rent
VODA/CODA applicants & owners must be +30 yrs, non-felon & submit to background
VODA/CODA not to be 300 ft near in session schools & churches
