Creating a Law that requires Adults age 21 and over that are able bodied and mentally stable, That are legally able to own a firearm To be required By law too obtain a drivers license must take a Firearms safety course and be required to carry a firearm (pistol) at all times in public or be fined $50 for non compliance. Gun free zones must be eliminated and government shall use the citizens tax money to provide the first small arm to valid citizens. It is upon the citizen to decide whether or not to carry the firearm loaded.
This should deter criminals and reduce if not eliminate a large percentage of crime.
