The American Superbowl Recovery Act

Created by A.S. on February 03, 2013

This Act would make the day after the super bowl a national holiday. Allowing the business of this nation to give their employes the day off, if that business so chooses, to recover from Superbowl related activities. If that business gives their employees the day off, it is the discretion of the company to pay their employees for the day off. If that business does not choose to give their employees the day off, the employee has the opportunity to call out for work, if that employee so chooses, without being penalized by their employer. The company must allow the employee that called out to use any sick/vacation time to make up for missed hours.
