American Taxes sent to foreign Governments

Our government needs to stop sending all tax money it collects to all foreign governments for any reason until we as a nation get back on our feet and are in the black. We do not approve of any tax money being given to foreign governments who are not friendly to the USA nor to Communistic governments. This money seldom makes it to those intended who are the public and we are making the dictators able to afford their rain of terror and to buy more weapons to use against their people and the USA and thus making those in power richer. We should only support governments thru trade which should be equal to both the USA and that government so we do not create huge debits to those governments and we should make sure we get quality products which are safe for consumers and not throw away products.
