Every American family is targeted for issues with County Probate Courts nationwide. This needs Presidential Campaign attention. Why is it never been afforded it's own place and priority? Probate Court looms for every citizen.
Historically, and with a rapid exponentiation of attention via the internet: This Axiom for families adversely affected and destroyed -- like mine was for my parents -- the American Probate Courts are no longer about finding justice and instead are forums which invite predatory parties to exploit unfortunate or contrived circumstances leaving a paper trail of "obvious injustices" on a single life and its family for the predators own financial gains.
We need more national attention - especially at this Presidential Election 2012 - to create the Uniform Probate Code.
