American citizens working as NGO's and aid workers abroad love people. They love their country, and sacrifice to help others. With both of these interests close to their heart, they are available to more effectively evaluate the character of those they work with in foreign countries. They should have a stronger voice and more rights in immigration matters. We the People should have a strong voice in who is allowed to immigrate to America. It is a problematic system when We the People are helpless to invite people we love to be our neighbors. We care about who lives in our communities. Why can we not have a voice in inviting those who are important to us? The system is broken. We need a better, easier, system of invitation so We the People can invite others to be our neighbors.
