The American middle & lower class, through no fault of their own, have been hit extremely hard in the great recession. In order to help the American middle class truly get a fresh financial start, we need to roll back the Bush bankruptcy law revisions (2006), and help the working people in this country get back on their feet faster, and that makes for a quicker recovery for the entire nation!
