The Americans should have an equal tax base that requires no loopholes from the poor to the rich, and also corporations. A flat tax would assist in providing this country with a fair collection across board, and would also lessen the need of the IRS for all funds would go directly into the Treasury and be divided diversely to various departments. It's time for a change because Congress and the President can't make anything easy, it's always the blame game. Let's stand up America and tell Congress what we want, not their rich partners in oil, unions, or themselves.
