Americans for Simple, Clear and Concise Language, in ALL Legislation

From this date forward: All bills submitted to the House of Representatives, and Senate, All Bills signed into law by the President of the U.S., All executive orders executed by the President, and All Regulations enacted by any Governmental Agency, "MUST" be published in Clear, Simple, and Concise language, that can be reasonably understood by a high school educated "Common Citizen"! Also, That if any citizen should request a clarification of the intended outcome, or reason for the need of that regulation or legislation, that, that reason, or intent, will be put in written form and presented to that citizen within a reasonable time frame.
