Social Security should be Federally Insured against borrowing or downgrading benefits since the accounts are owned by the people who paid into Social Security Bank. Medicare should be increased to cover, dental, vision, etc. SS# and name on these bank accounts already for Social Security Benefits.

Jobs for The USA citizens can be created with a protection law that if a business is based in the USA then Americans should be the employees here in THE USA.
