Cannabis [Marijuana] is a flowering plant - much like dandelions, apples, and tomatos. Yet, unlike those plants, cannabis has been needlessly maligned and the cultivation, possession, and use of cannabis has been prohibited since the early 20th century. This prohibition has waged on despite scientific and anecdotal evidence exonerating cannabis of the "reefer madness" stereotypes. Additionally, that same prohibition has waged on despite the litany of qualitative and medicinal benefits seen with the use of the plant.
Nature put cannabis here to fulfill a purpose, as it did those aforementioned plants. It is time to stop persecuting a plant for being as nature created it. 58% of all Americans support this change...let's not wait any longer. Thank you sincerely for your support.
