To ammend and propose an addendum for L.E.O.S.A. on the requirement for statutory powers of arrest under 926B and 926C.

This proposed amendment shall have clarification to include all types of sworn corrections personnel in the matter of off duty firearm carry, regardless of any States and U.S. territorial laws interpretation of statutory powers of arrest. Juris Prudence in favor for retired D.C. correctional officer's case in point.

The amendment for LEOSA should change one (1) word and addendum as follows:

926B
Has (statutory, change to constitutional) powers of arrest (and add, under color of law pursuant to section 242 of Title 18, United States Code)or authority to apprehend pursuant to section 807(b) of Title 10, United States Code (also known as Article 7(b) of the UCMJ).

926C
Same changes as above for retired.
