Ammend the Child Adoption Law of 2000 to include children adopted prior to 1986.

This petition calls for President Obama to ammend to the existing Child Adoption Law of 2000 which descriminates against children adopted before 1986 by US Citizen(s) and who meet all other qualifications but who turned 18 years of age before Frebruary of 2001.
The law should not be exclusive toward individuals adopted before 1986 and it makes no sense at it stands. The law should be ammended to include anyone adopted before 1986 with the same right as those adopted by a US Citizen after 1986.
