Ammend the current state of copyright law to protect the creative liberties and material of artists on social media.

Created by R.G. on February 23, 2016

Too many artists on media such as Youtube, Tumblr, Imgur, etc., have been victims of a faulty and corrosive copyright law, leading to many unwarranted and unlawful copyright infringement strikes. Those who sign this petition are of agreeance that the current law not only stifles the creative processes of active artists, but both discourages and prevents possible future artists from even attempting to start.

We vote as one entity and as one community, that you move to implement greater protections for parody/cover/mashup artists, and lax the current regulations that hinder and dissolve the rights and freedoms of those who had the audacity to have an idea.
