Placing any funding on the back of those who wish to opt-out of insurance to pay for healthcare system abusers, is a far cry from fixing the broken system. We do not all abuse the healthcare system, and we should not be required to pay for those who do! Stop this phony altruistic loophole to pay for a broken system!
