Ammend the regulation that only allows vehicals 25 years old or older to be imported free of restrictions

"A motor vehicle that is at least 25 years old can be lawfully imported into the U.S. without regard to whether it complies with all applicable FMVSS."

Ammend the "25 years" to 15 years.

The regulation was established in 1998 and needs to be updated in favor of car enthusiast and collectors.
