Ammend Social Security law to eliminate/partially eliminate income cap

Created by M.V. on November 13, 2012

1. Subject to COLA, fix social security at $125,000

2. exempt all income in excess of $125,000 and up to $250,000 from social security withholding

3. assess social security withholding on all income in excess of $250,000, and impose tax against employee only, not employer, at a rate of 10%

4. Impose withholding liability against ALL income sources to include any capital gains, interest, dividends, etc., above $250,000, except wages

5. Increase Social Security Benefits By 50% for all recipients

this eliminates worries over Social Security's continued solvency for the forseeable future
