Ammunition Control Create a national registry for people who are interested to buy ammunition.

1- Have all people who are interested to buy ammunition
register in National Registry that is set up for this purpose.
2- Grade the ammunition based on their power.
3- Add an insurance premium to a price of each bullet based on its power to go to an insurance pool which is going to be used to compensate people who are shot.
4- Also people who are interested to buy ammunition should be licensed.
5- Control the quantity, quality and the interval that the
ammunition can be purchase based on its grade.
6- Hold individuals who purchase ammunition fully
responsibe for the safe keep of ammunition in their
possession. Ammunition must be kept in special containers which can only be opened by its licensed owner.
7- Strictly prohibit the sale of ammunion in gun shows .
