Amsterdam has some of the smartest citizens.There crime is low,and there nation safe&secure.They have Coffee shops that sale marijuana of many strengths etc.This system needs no research for it is proven by there Hospital and legal records which save much time&money for America.The Marijuana could be raised in Field sized green houses with grow lights supplied by solar power.They could have there own man made sealed wells&bugs screens.The water would be collected by rain and reused over and over.This would stop pollution by no need of pesticides,way lower amounts of fertilizers for it would be recycles through the man made well system.This would stop pollution if used for all crops and it increases the food output also by 3-5 more crops per year while saving water,lowering pollution etc...
