Analyze and restructure the family court system, so it can be ran fairly for all parties involved. Families are hurting.

I am a father... And I am not alone when I say, there is a complete unfairness within The Family Court System in America. Everyday there are parents that are sent through this very confusing and seemingly unconstitutional process to receive a fair hearing on a family issue. There doesn't seem to be any accountability amongst the judges, lawyers or departments involved. I've literally had one department not know what information the other department had on hand, even though they are in the same building. Which rendered a negative outcome to a custody issue, in which the other parties word was taken as truth, while I was never asked for verification. The Family Court system is a cancerous family and community destroyer. A swift resolution is urgently needed.
