We the People petition the US Justice Department to formally charge the Mayor and City Council members of the City of San Francisco , in the State of California, to a charge of Criminally negligent manslaughter for failing to protect American citizens from criminal illegal aliens by unlawfully recognizing San Francisco as a 'Sanctuary' City , resulting in the death of Kate Steinle.
