People today should be more cautious about the way that they treat their animals. They took on a responsibility when they got the animal and they should keep that responsibility and not abuse the animal that will always be loyal to them. If they cannot take care of the animal after a while then find it a good home not leave it wandering the streets. Animals are living too and they have feeling and should not be abandoned and should not be put through pain and suffering just because the person that said they would take care of this animal does not want to anymore.
