I want more help on further tougher laws on animal cruelty, and abusers. I had a male that was shot three times while he was on a chain at my dads house in the head, the cheek, and in the eye I was out of town. All the guy got that shot my dog was one night in jail and charges of animal cruelty and fireing a fire arm in the city limits. Please Im begging you all, these laws needs to change. This cant keep going on these are innocent animal's. They feel, breath, hurt just like we do! These bad people needs more strict laws more time in jail this needs to be a federal affense.
