The U.S government, along with the meat, dairy, egg, and poultry industries have convinced the American public that these products are necessary to maintain health. Now we are the fattest and sickest country that we have ever been and what is worse we are exporting this lifestyle onto other countries. The U.S and the entire animal agriculture industry should then take full accountability for pushing this unhealthy diet and lifestyle onto the American public and should subsidize 100% of all health care costs incurred because of this diet and lifestyle for EVERY American citizen. Just as the tobacco and alcohol industries had to put warning labels on their products, as well as eliminate all advertising, so too should the very unhealthy meat, dairy, egg, and poultry industries products.
