Stop letting people abuse, neglect, and torture animals (domestic, farm, and wild/stray) and letting them get away with it. They should not be considered just property by the law. They are living, breathing, beautiful creatures who have no voice. The longer this is deemed acceptable, the harder it will be to be enforced and discouraged. This is a widespread issue across the country and more instances keep popping up. This issue needs to be taken seriously. Harsher punishments and education need to be implemented. ACT NOW!
