Make Laws the same for the abuse/neglect of animal and pets as if committed against a human. Most of us pet lovers consider our pets as family already so why not make laws to protect them like family? Anybody who abuses or neglects an animal is sick in the head and is very capable of doing the same to a human so needs to be taken very seriously. If you go back and look at the history of some of the most ruthless murderers in history...they ALL start by abusing pets then after a bit they switch and start targeting people. THIS ISN'T AGAINST GAME HUNTING.. I hunt deer and turkey and value they're life's also by not letting them suffer after a shot i take and by useing all the meat to feed family or People in need.
