Animal shelters should all have a no kill policy. Instead of giving a helpless animal only 72 hours to be adopted.

Hundreds of animals are killed because they were neglected or abused and put into shelters. They can only do so much to make people adopt them. In 3 days or sometimes even in a shorter period of time they are eventually put to sleep. Even if there is no more room they should first care for the dogs that they already have.
