It can be quite hazerdous transporting agricultural/farm animals. The Obama administration make should a few laws making it safer for the not only the animals, but the people transportating them. Other drivers need to be aware of them. A possable way we could do this is have the people moving the animals but some sort of marker on the vehicle so the other drivers are more aware and then have to follow certain rules to being around them.
