The petition tsar will be responsible for reviewing and responding to individual petitions. The first order of business will be the creation of a much more complicating website that will deter would be petition creators from actually completing the required forms for the process. Second he will publicly humiliate those who do complete the new format. Third and most importantly he will rarely show up and take more breaks than congress. With free time on his hands he will be able to pursue his passion of persecuting vegetables and goats.
