We the people formally request that the USA government, begin the process of fully annexing the country of Mexico as a US territory, so that its citizens be granted US citizenship, and are forced to pay US taxes and abide by US laws and statutes.
Mexico will turn over all natural resources to the people of the Untied States, in turn will be afforded all rights US Citizens are granted today.
All law enforcement and military will be pulled under the authority of the US constitution and all US statutes and laws governing US territories.
