Neil Armstrong Had a dream that people would not be judged on their quality or character but by whether or not they live on the moon when he said "...a giant leap for mankind" on that day he conquered the moon. It is America's duty to fulfill this vision. We petition that the Obama administration achieve this goal by the time the 2016 election comes around and he is no longer relevant.
