Republic of Serbia has been exploited by various occupators during its past and due to that fact it has eroded in every single aspect that makes it a normal functional state. Therefore it would be better off to be a part of America as an additional state. It might seam far-fetched, but i think that this idea is both achievable and realistic. I can elaborate further if someone is actually interested.
