All restrictions of Arms purchases and ownership, with registration, are necessary precursors to the eventual confiscation of these Arms. In the end there is no other reason.
It is well said that, "When governments fear the people, there is liberty. When the people fear the government, there is tyranny. The strongest reason for the people to retain the right to keep and bear arms is, as a last resort, to protect themselves against tyranny in government."
On June 19, 2015 a Puerto Rican court declared Arms registration unconstitutional, leaving the Second Amendment the only requisite needed for individuals to keep and bear Arms.
We call on President Obama to publicly recognize that the Second Amendment is the only legal requirement for individual Americans to keep and bear Arms.
