Announce to every law enforcement agency in the country that puppycide is unethical and wrong and must cease now.

There is a disturbing trend happening across the US known as puppycide. Police officers in agencies across the country are increasingly slaying family pets without just cause in their own homes, vehicles, yards without provocation, out of nothing but "fear".
Officers need mandatory training to learn the behaviors of these animals that are intended to protect our property and families and have strict guidelines on when it is ok and absolutely NOT ok to fire upon a pet.
This is happening every single day in all parts of the country and rarely is anyone held accountable for these murders. A pet is a family member, a child to some, a childs friend. And to see your family killed in the yard because an officer cannot do what mailmen do every day is unethical, immoral and disgusting. END IT.
