Announce that the President will withdraw the Garland nomination one month before the November election.

Created by T.C. on April 21, 2016

It is obvious that President Obama has done compromised as far as he can to offer a nominee that the GOP should find acceptable. It is also obvious that the GOP is playing a waiting game. If they win the presidency the Garland nomination is dead and they will wait for their party to make their nomination. If the Democrat Party wins Garland will fly through confirmation to block any opportunity for the new Democrat Party President to nominate anyone more liberal. Vow to withdraw the nomination before the outcome of the election is apparent, force the Senate to consider Merrick Garland on his own merits and end the political games being played with the Supreme Court.
