It is well known that large corporations spend millions if not billions of dollars every year lobbying our legislators. It should be required to publicly disclose any involvement lobbyists have in writing new bills. What bigger conflict of interest is there than legislators accepting huge sums of money to allow, for example, a corporation to have any influence in how a bill is written? Therefore, before a bill is signed into law, any lobbyist directly or indirectly involved in the writing of a new bill should be publicly disclosed prior to the President signing. Better yet, the President should read this list out loud before he signs.
