We the people ask the federal government to Tell us what the federal government is doing about an issue:

Announce whether or not President Obama will issue a pardon to Hillary Rodham Clinton prior to 11/8/ 2016 election

Created by M.B. on October 16, 2016

The FBI recently announced they will not pursue criminal charges against Hillary Rodham Clinton for her use of a home server while serving in the Office of Secretary of State. While choosing not to prosecute Mrs. Clinton currently, the FBI has left the door open to reopen the investigation should evidence of wrongdoing present itself in the future. In the past there are many cases of exiting Presidents pardoning their own party members as they leave office to protect individuals from prosecution after the administration changes. None of those individuals have been running for the office of President of the United States at the time. For voters of the US to make informed decisions now about the potential of justice served later Mr. Obama should state his intentions before the election.
