THIS PETITION HAS TWO PARTS:
1. PART 1:
ANNUAL PERFORMANCE REVIEWS for ALL CONGRESS men and women to determine WHETHER OR NOT:
1.a. THEY COULD CONTINUE WITH THEIR ROLES FOR THE NEXT YEAR.
2.b. THEY DESERVE A RAISE (which would be based on the average worker's raise; usually 1.5% to 3% annually).
*Voters decide lines 1.a. and 1.b. above. Just as in corporate America, employees jobs are subject to these reviews; therefore, Congress' jobs should be regulated the same way.
2. PART 2:
Effective January 1, 2015:
2.a. Pay Cuts to Congress members of 50% to bring their pay to a realistic American income (currently their avg pay is 174,000).
2.b. Congress Members and close family members to relinquish ALL interests/assets on ANY Corporation.
