Senior citizens need yearly driving tests to make sure they can manuver the road safely. Alot can change for an elderly person in the space of a year from sight loss to disabling arthritis, loss can happen in an instant. My brother was nearly killed by a 91 year old woman because she didn't see him. He was thrown into a utility pole and shattered his left arm, all but two ribs, his shoulder, and his collar bone, gashed his neck, and gave him a major concussion with eyebleeds. He is lucky to be alive. There are many that share my sentiment and I believe that i can get this petition out there. I hope i have reached you
