Puerto Rico has one of the strictest gun laws in the world. We the people are asking our President to take this matter seriously, regardless if it is an issue or not, we are US Citizens and we have the right to bear arms according to the Second Ammendment of the U.S. Constitution. That right shall not be infringed. Article 2.02. Arms License of Law 404 Arms Law of Puerto Rico, clearly overpowers the authority of the Puerto Rico Police Superintendent, giving him the ability to make calls on wether or not a citizen is authorized to have a gun permit. There are steps to take before you get your permit, that carry a cost of about $400.00 (no reimbursment if you fail the 120 day investigation) and a time consuming process of 120 days just to be able to have a gun permit. We have a right!
