anonymous unbiased access to narcan for opiate users and antidotes for other drugs

the war on drugs is an utter failure; we need informed users and they need access to antidotes if readily available; these users should be able to speak to a medical professional about their drug use and receive information that may protect them as well as an antidote if available and allow the user to seek treatment by request, but not force them into rehibilitation; the prosess should be anonymous and unbiased towards their use or abuse; i hope we can pass a law to save thosusands of potential users or abusers from an accidental overdose, and protect drug users through harm reduction education
